My own journey has taken me across borders and cultures. I have lived in Spain and the UK, travelled extensively and spent an 18 month sabbatical travelling through Asia and South America, while also having the opportunity to offer therapy in some countries. These experiences have shaped how I see people: no two paths are the same, and there is no single map for how we should live, cope or find our way. Travel has taught me to stay curious, open and aware of the many different ways of seeing the world. At True Compass Therapy, the idea is to bring this same curiosity into the work- meeting you where you are, without judgement, and helping you find a direction that feels true to you.
My passion for this field of work stems from a strong belief in the impact of feeling truly seen and understood. Each person carries an inner compass — a sense of direction that can become harder to access during difficult periods. The process of therapy supports reconnecting with that clarity, while having someone walk alongside you with care, steadiness, and intention.
