How long are sessions and what are your fees?

We offer 30, 50, and 80 minute sessions.30-minute individual session: $100. 30-minute sessions can be good for check-ins or if you are unsure about therapy. 50-minute individual session: $150. 50-minute sessions are a good fit for ongoing therapy and focused work. 50-minute couples session: $17580-minute session: $200. 80-minute sessions are ideal for deeper emotional processing or when it feels helpful to move slowly and gently through experiences. 80-minute couples session: $225*Sessions can be paid via e-transfer or credit card.

Are sessions covered by extended health benefits?

Many extended health plans in Canada cover counselling provided by a Registered  Social Worker. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so it is recommended to check directly with your insurance company to confirm:coverage amountannual limitswhether a referral is required
Receipts provided after sessions will include all information typically needed for reimbursement.

Frequency depends on goals, availability, budget and what feels sustainable for you. Some people attend weekly, while others choose biweekly or monthly sessions. This can always be revisited and adjusted as needs change.

We offer sessions in the morning, afternoon and evening, Monday to Friday.We can offer occasional weekend sessions when requried.

Do you offer direct billing?

We offer direct billing for Medavie Blue Cross & Veterans Affairs Canada clients.For other insurance providers, a detailed receipt will be provided so that you can submit to your extended health benefits for reimbursement.

Yes, all sessions are offered virtually. This allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home without any pressure to travel.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances happen, and exceptions may be considered when appropriate. Providing adequate notice also allows us to offer your appointment time to someone else who may be in need of support.
